Do you cater for allergies or intolerance such as dairy?

Yes, all allergies must be declared in your initial application. We do cater for gluten, dairy free and nut allergies,

Can I request changes on my menu, keep the same food or exclude certain foods?

Yes, you can request changes by writing to or contacting you Meal Prep Coordinator.

How many calories are in the meals?

Calories per meal are dependent on the meal plan you are on. This information will be sent to you by your meal prep Coordinator upon processing your initial application.

Am I able to create my own personal menu?

How soon can I start after applying?

We require 48 hours to process your application. (Please note that this may be up to 72 hours on weekend applications).

What other benefits come with joining the meal preps?

By joining our Meal preps, you will be entitled to free membership to the FIT aerobic club and free membership to our running club.

I am not satisfied with my meal prep, what should I do?

Please inform leaving you name and contact details, who will look into the issue and provide advice.

Can I set up a Direct Debit ?

Yes, this can be arranged when you are contacted by your Meal Prep Coordinator. If you wish to cancel direct debits, please ensure that you give 48 hours advanced notice by writing to . 

What areas do you do deliver to?

We offer nationwide delivery via DPD’s next day service.

What if I’m not in at the time of delivery?

It is essential that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to either stop your delivery or provide an alternative agreed delivery address, otherwise you will be charged for failed drop offs.

Am I able to pause or stop my meal prep after subscribing to a monthly plan?

Yes, we understand some clients may book vacations from time to time or have other pressing arrangements to attend to, as such we allow our clients to pause or stop their meal prep subscription for up to 6 weeks.

We will simply carry-forward any outstanding meals on your account when necessary to do so

How many times a week will I get delivery?

You will receive deliveries 3 times a week on MondaysWednesdays & Fridays. In infrequent occasions, delivery days may change owing to bank holiday, unanticipated circumstances or customer dispensations.

Can I change my delivery days?

Largely, delivery days are fixed. In some special occasions, delivery days may change owing to bank holiday or adverse weather conditions .
